Angus Macdonald "Aonghas Aonghais Bhig", 4 Lundale was the first tenant of No 3 Linshader. He built a house here in 1927 but in 1935 he swapped crofts with his brother-in-law, Malcolm Mackay who resided at No 2 Earshader. A new house was built in 1974 and the old house was sold outwith the family.
