1408: 21 Kirkibost

No.21 Kirkibost is located between the road to the Dun and No.22. The first tenant after resettlement in 1878 was Donald Macaulay, "Domhnall Neill Chrothair" from Croir. There were three houses on the croft at one time with Donald’s children living in them. The croft remained in the family until the 1980s when it was sold. It was sold again in the early 1990s.
