The first tenant of 6 North Bragar was John Maciver (1842-) son of Donald 24/25 North Bragar. The croft was then passed to his nephew, Malcolm Smith (1860-1941) son of Murdo, 16 North Bragar  and then to his daughter, Mary Smith (1897-1977) and then to her daughter, Mary Smith (1942-).
