111872: 45a North Tolsta

45a North Tolsta was initially a cottars house on 45 North Tolsta, it’s first occupants were Evander Murray and family. In due course the house passed to Evander’s son-in-law Norman Mackay.

The house became a feu when it passed to Norman Mackay. Norman married Catherine Murray and the couple had seven children. In due course the house passed to their grandson.

The house has since been demolished.
