The first tenant of this croft was the widow of  Alexander Smith, Margaret nee Maciver (1821-1903) 15 Old Gravir. The croft at 43 Gravir was passed to her daughter,  Mrs Alexanderina Morrison nee Smith and she passed it to her son, Malcolm Morrison (1882-1956). Malcolm passed the croft to his daughter, Kennethina Morrison (1919-2012).
