8688: HMS Trouncer

HMS Trouncer was built by Seattle-Tacoma in Seattle in 1943 and originally named USS Perdido. She was transferred to the Royal Navy in 1944 as an escort carrier. After the war she was returned to the US Navy and sold into mercantile service and renamed Greystoke Castle. She had a further 2 names before being scrapped in Taiwan in 1973.
