120956: MV Glenluce 141941

The MV Glenluce was a Cargo Motor Vessel built by Harland & Wolff, Govan in 1919 for the Glen Line Ltd, Glasgow. She was sold and renamed MV Ionopolis, MV Vigeo and MV Korshamn.

On March 17, 1941, on passage from New York to Liverpool, the SS Glenluce was torpedoed and sunk with the loss of twenty six lives.
