The SS Jamaica Pioneer was a Cargo Steamship built by Lithgows, Port Glasgow in 1931 for the Jamaica Banana Producers SS Co Ltd.

On passage from Jamaica to Avonmouth on August 25, 1940, the SS Jamaica Pioneer was torpedoed and sunk east of Rockall with the loss of two lives.
