SS Peder Borgen was a Steam Tanker built by Scheepswerf Dordrecht, Dordrecht in 1925 for Rasmussen John & Company.

On passage from Trinidad to Halifax, on March 23, 1942 the SS Peder Borgen was torpedoed and sunk by an Italian Submarine, 680 miles south east of Bermuda with no loss of life.
