11042: Daisy (SY24)

The Daisy SY24 was registered in 1953 by Murdo Matheson.

This was a much larger boat than most in Gravir, with a 60′ keel and overall length of 70′ to 80′. She was owned by Malcolm Matheson Calum an Mhurchaid, 13 Gravir. She was wrecked on the same night, 31 January 1953, as the SS Princess Victoria and the SS Clan Macquarrie which went on the rocks at Borve, Ness.
