8968: Doctors Residence, Keose

The doctors surgery and residence were built in 1889 on the site of the old Parish School. The first doctor to use this new residence was Dr Angus Macaulay, Balivanich. After the house was no longer used for the doctors’ purpose, it was bought by the Reverend Angus Macmillan, 23 Lemreway and lived in by a succession of people until the present day.
